What is MSME?

MSME stands for Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. It is a term commonly used to refer to small businesses that play a crucial role in the economic development of a country.

MSME refers to businesses operating at different scales based on size and investment capacity. Micro enterprises employ fewer than 10 people with limited machinery and equipment. Small enterprises have 10-50 employees and a higher investment threshold. Medium enterprises use 50-250 people with higher investment limits.
