Fees: – Form C modification: Rs. 1000 plus the difference in license fee (if any) due to change in production capacity. – Non-Form C modification: Rs. 100.

1. Apply online: Apply for modification of license online through the FoSCoS portal.

Upload documents: Upload the required documents, such as a copy of the existing license, a copy of the proposed changes, and a copy of the fee payment receipt.

FSSAI review: The FSSAI will review the application and process it within 30 days.

License issuance: If the application is approved, the FSSAI will issue a modified license.
